LaundryUp's ozone sanitized laundry service is the safest and most effective way to clean your clothes.
Our ozone sanitized washing system uses cold ozone-infused water to sanitize both your laundry and the washing machine, achieving a level of sanitization you can't get at home.
One UK study tested how well ozone could kill 12 different bacterial strains compared to hot water washing at 75°C (167°F).
They found that three strains of bacteria remained even after 15 minutes of hot water washing.
But no bacteria were present after only three minutes of ozone washing!
Wash and Fold Process
Sort
Your clothes are sorted into a light load and a dark load. We also check pockets for papers, keys, or other items and turn any inside-out clothes out. Stains are treated during this step; however, we cannot guarantee stain removal.
Wash
Your laundry is washed in the water temperature of your choice with two cold rinse cycles. Each rinse has ozone, which sanitizes your clothes. We use Kirkland Ultra Clean Fresh Scent for laundry detergent and offer a Free & Clear hypoallergenic option. Your laundry is never washed with other customers'.
Dry
Your laundry is sorted again, this time by fabric weight. Lighter and heavier weight fabrics are dried separately to avoid over-drying delicates or under-drying towels. We use medium heat to dry your clothing and linens.
Fold
Your clothes are neatly folded and grouped by item type - tops with tops, bottoms with bottoms, etc. We also organize the clothes by family member, grouping men's, women's, and children's clothes together.

Use laundry pickup service for your everyday laundry — machine-washable items that you use a washer and dryer to clean. Please separate and clearly label bags for laundry and dry cleaning so your items are cleaned appropriately.

Use the app or website to schedule a pickup for laundry service.
Create or log into your account, choose your wash fold laundry preferences, and select your pickup and delivery time.
Laundry Day
Put your dirty laundry in your reusable LaundryUp bags, and leave them outside the morning of laundry day.
Use disposable bags for your first pickup.
Delivery Day
Your clean laundry is delivered to you on the scheduled delivery date.
Remove your neatly folded laundry from the packaging and put it away in your drawers or closet.

Home Pickup Laundry and Dry Cleaning FAQ
We offer free pickup and next-day delivery to laundry plan subscribers.
Next-day delivery is also available to people not subscribed to a laundry plan for a rush fee.
Free pickup and two-day delivery are available on all other orders.
The plant currently operates Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
The longest turnaround time is four days for orders picked up on Monday, cleaned Thursday, and delivered on Friday.
